  • $10/week, mostly creeps

    By Waldooooo0oo
Lot of creeps. I’m a 25 year old guy looking for a place in Phoenix. I had lot of weird characters asking if I was okay with drugs in the house. Had my account removed without reason- guessing it was bc I had 2 listings: 1 for a sublease in Chicago and 1 roommate in Phoenix listed. Good app if desperate. To see messages you need to pay $10/week
  • Not Happy.

On top of showing the same accounts for a week and blowing up my email with duplicates of the same listing, i log on today to see my account has been wrongly banned. I have never used any form of hate speech, derogatory names or promoted ANY kind of agenda. All ive done is look for roommates and if i did not approve, i simply did not respond. And if that wasnt enough, your app charged me 21.75 after one week of use. This is straight up robbery. i want my money back.
  • Can’t open links

Someone sent me a link and it keeps redirecting me to log in to the browser when I have the app. Even after I log in through the browser is still doesn’t show me their posting longer that a second.
  • Fake

the listings are not real and I keep finding fake craiglist housing listings that turned out to be bots generating emails or texts to sign up for Roomster.
  • Full of Scammers

Had 3 dealings with scammers in my 1st week. Won’t be using it anymore tired of waisting my time.
  • Scam

Sent fake emails to get me to purchase a subscription. Once I paid for the initial fee the “emails” suddenly disappeared or where no longer available!
  • Useless

I thought this app would be great for finding someone in my city to rent a room from, but instead I came across scams. Though I reported them, I still never found a room as I never received serious messages from anyone looking for a room. One of the issues is that the app charges you $10 weekly, so anyone who cancels the subscription before the end of the week may still have a posting, but they can’t respond. Do yourself a favor and save your money. This app is no better than Craigslist, but at least you’re not charged for using Craigslist.
  • Fake listings

Saw many nice listings and of course I wanted to get in contact but you have to pay $10 A WEEK to message anyone. Did a subscription and messaged so many people no one replies.
  • So many scams
