I don’t like that the update happened and now I have to purchase the app to get instructions for a meal.
  • Dairy ingredients in recipes in a vegan food app?

I’m confused. I wanted to check a few of the recipes to see if it was worth getting a subscription. The first two recipes I pulled up had dairy in them. One yogurt and the other ricotta. I looked closer at the recipe to see if these were vegan alternatives, but they were not. I don’t see how this is vegan, maybe vegetarian, but not vegan.
  • Not vegan

The first recipe I clicked on called for ricotta cheese. Tired to give them the benefit of the doubt and clicked on another one. This time it was mascarpone and the next one after that called for double cream! Seriously, how is this vegan!? And why is no one else complaining about that? Yeah the adds are annoying but the purpose or the app is to provide VEGAN recipes and it doesn’t even do that. That should be the MAIN issue here
  • False advertisement

I downloaded the app and noticed that each section had 200+ recipes, but it only showed up to 10 of them. Then I purchase the subscription and it doesn’t show all the recipes advertised. Calories/ nutrition info isn’t available on all recipients and neither are the videos. Trying to cancel my subscription no cancel option on the app.
  • Meat eating vegan cooking

I must be dairy free so adding meat to vegan recipes is a great way to avoid the high calorie dairy free recipes. But I’m not paying $1.99 a week for an app. Too bad because the titles look yummy.
  • Can’t Scroll

I would give a five star review but for the fact that I can’t scroll down beyond 8-10 recipes; e.g., if I click on “entrees,” I can only see a max of ten-ish. Otherwise, good premise. But this is a problem that needs to be fixed if the app is aiming to be usable long term.

Now they mix keto🤮 with vegan. It was just vegan when I went to download. The people behind the know very little about vegans!

This is not a very good app. You have to subscribe to learn how to make the recipe all they give you is the list of ingredients. Also you can’t make a simple grocery list. This app is free but not really. As the saying goes you get what you pay for.
