  • Never Worked

    By Saintdpa
The app itself has numerous features that would be great. We were really hopeful it would work well. Unfortunately the app never would work. It constantly needed us to pair with our son’s phone. Even after we went through the process of pairing, within 48 hours it would fail and require us to re-pair. That is a horribly impossible feat when your child is not near you. After 2 1/2 months of utter failure by the app to remain paired, we finally gave up and canceled the service. It’s a great concept that fails miserably.
  • Set-Up User Interface Needs Improvement

    By Seventh Lotus Life Store
The user interface, from desktop to mobile is not intuitive and the logic algorithm is off. I was unable to pair my child’s phone due to some circular logic which leaves this security issue unresolved even after being in touch with support- whose main contribution was telling me things I already knew. I think Apple should come up with an intrinsic iPhone solution to this problem of parenting in the digital age and ATT should not charge extra for this.
  • Annoying app!!!

    By Jazzymhin
It kept on logging me out every 10 minutes and when I tried to log back in it won’t let me it always say “something went wrong” so I have to uninstall and reinstall back again!! Annoying app!!
  • Newer isn’t better

  • Poor Service !!! Not worth the charges!!!!

    By What? look at this!!
😡We already pay way too much for AT&T mobile network to be adding another monthly charge!!!plenty of other free apps that do the same thing without additional charges!!!!!!! Not worth downloading the app!!!! Waist of time and money !!!!! Fix your Customer Service first before launching another Money pit AT&T!!!!!!! Shame on you!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡
  • Do better locating

    By Sefxng
Google earth can locate people better than this app! Please fix it.
  • EXTREMELY inaccurate location services.

    By Danyashamshad
Get this if you want to freak out about where your family members are, because it will give you the wrong location! Trust me, get life 360 or any other app instead, oh my god.
  • Doesn’t work properly

    By maritose38
The app is not accurate or works properly first logging in it takes more than a few minutes to locate my family. And once it has, it’s inaccurate as to where they actually are. Four people in the same house at the same time will be located at four different locations. It also should be free for att customers.
  • Bring back smart limits

    By brtgrl
I’m really sad to see this app is still receiving horrible reviews and AT&T has don’t nothing to fix it. I would pair my kids’ phones to it and they would become unpaired. It’s useless! The only way to control my kids’ data use is to switch it off in the AT&T app, but AT&T switch it back on at the start of every billing cycle. So that’s no help at all.
